FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: set of species-specific primers has been proposed for species identification of six socially significant pathogens of human pneumonia using the multiplex recombinase polymerase reaction (RPA) method, consisting of the sequences SEQ ID NO: 1-12. The set of primers included in the developed system can be used in specialized clinical laboratories for rapid analysis of samples from patients with suspected pneumonia. The analytical sensitivity of the developed multiplex RPA using the proposed set of primers was 102-103 copies of DNA. The specificity of the multiplex RPA method based on the claimed primers was 100%.
EFFECT: analysis time was less than an hour, including electrophoretic reaction control.
