SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compounds of general formula (I), which can be used to impart, change or enhance the organoleptic properties of a substance, composition or product. In formula (I), R1, R2, R3, R4, R6 and R7 independently represent a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; R5 represents a hydrogen atom or a saturated linear C1-C5 alkyl group; R4 and R5 may together form a cyclopentyl group; the total number of carbon atoms is strictly greater than 9.
EFFECT: invention also relates to a composition containing these compounds, a method for their preparation and use for imparting, changing or enhancing the organoleptic properties of a substance, composition or product.
