SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an implantable medical device (1) containing an implantable power supply unit (2) and an implantable medical unit (3). The implantable power supply unit (2) contains a sealed housing (21) of the power supply unit; battery (23); a connector (26) for transmitting energy to the power supply for supplying energy to the implantable medical unit (3) from the battery (23) via a non-galvanic connection; connector (27) for data transmission of the power supply for non-galvanic connection for data transmission with the medical unit (3); power supply communication interface (24) for non-galvanic communication with a non-implanted remote device (5); connecting device (212, 213) of the power supply for detachable mechanical connection of the medical unit (3) with the power supply unit (2). The battery (23), the power supply connector (26), the power supply data connector and the power supply communication interface (24) are enclosed in the power supply housing (21).

EFFECT: medical unit (3) contains a sealed housing (31) of the medical unit; a functional medical module (32, 32a) containing a continuous glucometer module; a connector (36) for transmitting power to the medical unit for receiving power from a connector (26) for transmitting power to the power supply via a non-galvanic connection; a connector (37) for data transmission of the medical unit, wherein the connector (37) for data transmission of the medical unit is configured for non-galvanic communication for data transmission with the power supply unit (2); connecting device of the medical unit, made as a mating element for the connecting device (212, 213) of the power supply.
