FIELD: electromechanics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electromechanical devices with rotor-flywheels that store the kinetic energy of rotation and is intended for use in the development and creation, for example, gyro motors of gyroscopic systems. The claimed electromechanical device comprises a casing, a stator with a multi-phase winding, a rotor-flywheel with an external location relative to the stator. A feature of the invention is the implementation of the rotor in the form of two or more hollow coaxial cylinders of electrically conductive non-magnetic material, capable of independent unidirectional rotation relative to each other. Bearings are installed between the hollow coaxial cylinders of the rotor, as well as between the outer cylinder and the casing. As an electrically conductive non-magnetic material of the hollow cylinders of the rotor, for example, titanium, carbon fibre materials or monocrystalline carbon are used. A vacuum may be created in the casing, or its interior may be filled with a low viscosity gas.
EFFECT: improved specific characteristics.
