FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: components are dried and mixed by means of mechanical activation in energy intensive device, briquetted and thermal treated in combustion mode. Then ferritisation is performed by heating with electronic beam to 1200-1300°C followed by exposure under radiation for 5-10 min.
EFFECT: increasing degree of end product homogenisation, improving its structure and reducing dispersion of electromagnetic parameters under reduction of its process cycle duration.
