FIELD: medicine; cardiac surgery.

SUBSTANCE: heart-lung machine is connected. Artificial circulation is started. The aorta is clamped. An aortotomy is performed. Cardioplegia is performed. The cusps of the native aortic valve are resected. The cuff of the aortic valve prosthesis is sutured with U-shaped sutures with threads without spacers. The aortic valve prosthesis is rotated into a plane perpendicular to the plane of the aortic orifice. The aortic valve prosthesis is lowered into the cavity of the left ventricle. The aortic valve prosthesis is rotated into a plane parallel to the plane of the aortic orifice. The fibrous ring of the aortic valve is sutured with threads that were previously sutured to the cuff of the aortic valve prosthesis, while the injection is made from the side of the left ventricle, the puncture is made from the side of the aortic root. The polytetrafluoroethylene gaskets are sutured with threads that were previously sutured to the aortic valve prosthesis cuff and the fibrous ring of the native aortic valve, in such a way that one gasket falls on both threads of the U-shaped suture. Threads of U-shaped sutures are tied, thus fixing the aortic valve prosthesis.

EFFECT: method allows avoiding the development of the valve prosthesis mismatch syndrome for the patient by changing the location of the aortic valve prosthesis
