SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiac surgery. A two-row suture is applied with strengthening of the non-coronary sinus incision with synthetic pads located on the outer side of the aortic wall along the incision. In this case, pads on the outer side of the aorta are placed to the right and left of the incision. Additionally, a number of synthetic pads are used, placed on the inner side of the aortic wall across its incision, a mattress suture is applied with the first thread. At the same time, after each puncture of the aorta, one synthetic gasket is strung, thus forming a frame of two outer and one inner row of gaskets. Then, a twisting suture is applied with the second thread, while on each stitch, the outer lining, the aortic wall, the inner lining, the opposite wall of the aorta, the second outer lining are pierced sequentially and the suture is tightened.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to compensate for the deficiency of aortic walls with an internal multi-layer frame made of spacers and to exclude the eruption of the walls, each of which is sandwiched between two spacers.
