SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to cardiovascular surgery. Perform excision of the altered tissues of the ascending aorta, the sinuses of Valsalva. Additionally, excised lesions of the aortic valve are dissected, while retaining the native fibrous aortic valve ring. Then, sewing to the fibrous ring of three leaves cut from autopericard processed glutardialdehyde, after which the recreated root of the aorta is reimplanted into a tubular dacron prosthesis.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to reproduce the complete reconstruction of the aortic root in patients with generalized lesion of the region.
