EFFECT: targeted toxic effect on microorganisms, such as fungi, that cause the destruction of the matrix polymer due to the fact that the composite polymeric biocidal material consists of a matrix polymer and modified particles that have a biocidal effect and are coated with a biodegradable polymer shell that has adhesion to the matrix polymer, and modified the particles are located in the composite polymeric biocidal material in such a way that the surface of such a composite polymeric biocidal material does not contain these particles and consists only of the matrix polymer.
