FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Proposed nanocomposite polymeric biocidal material containing: 5–10 wt.% of modified inorganic layered clay, obtained from a suspension containing inorganic layered clay and a modifier with a mass ratio of 15/85 to 70/30, wherein the modifier is selected from polymethacryloylguanidine hydrochloride, polymethacrylateguanidine, a copolymer of polymethacryloylguanidine hydrochloride and diallyldimethylammonium chloride or a copolymer of diallyldimethylammonium chloride and methacrylateguanidine; 80–93.75 wt.% of matrix polymer – polyethylene; 1.25–10 wt.% of compatibilizer – maleinized polyethylene with content of maleic groups of 0.3 to 1.5 wt.%. Also proposed a method of obtaining such a biocidal material.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides an increase in the mechanical properties of the material (strength, elasticity, yield strength) with high biocidal properties with respect to gram-positive, gram-negative bacteria and fungi.
