FIELD: antiseptic polymer composite material.
SUBSTANCE: antiseptic polymer composite material for structural purposes. Material consists of polylactide (PLA) in the amount of 70 wt.%, 73.5 wt.%, 75 wt.%, 83 wt.%, 83.5 wt.%, 83.95 wt.%, 83.99 wt.% or 84 wt.%, characterized in that polycaprolactone (PCL) is used as modifiers of mechanical properties in an amount of from 10 to 20 wt.%. and polyethylene glycol (PEG-400) in the amount of 5 wt.%; copper sulfate is used as an antiseptic additive in an amount of 0.5 to 15 wt.%. or copper sulfate in an amount of from 0.5 to 15 wt.% with the addition of nanoparticles of copper oxides in an amount of 0.05 to 1 wt.%.
EFFECT: present invention provides an increase in the antiseptic effect in combination with an increase in complex of mechanical properties, such as breaking tensile stress and relative elongation at break of polymer products.
