FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: principal stage of an endovideosurgical operation is followed by inserting an oval synthetic implant into a wound canal formed by a trocar. The implant has a size of 2.5x3.5 cm. The implant is placed on the aponeurosis along a section line going beyond an incision edge by not less than 0.5 cm. The implant is fixed on the aponeurosis through the wound canal with using a device comprising a needle connected to a lever mechanism. The aponeurosis incision edges are pierced and underrun with gripping the implant from the abdominal cavity. That is followed by longitudinal stitching from both sides at 0.3 mm from the edge.
EFFECT: method reduces the blood loss volume, minimises tissue oedema, reduces a risk of herniation following endovideosurgical operations by atraumatic fixation of the implant immediately in the wound canal.
