FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, namely, to methods of installing a pavement. Method for constructing a pavement with increased durability, comprising the steps of: arranging a bottom layer in the form of a drainage base, an average monolithic bearing layer of cement concrete and an upper pavement layer, the top layer of the pavement is made of a composite material on a polymer or cement binder in the form of prefabricated reinforced slabs with specified characteristics of increased chemical resistance, strength, frost resistance and wear resistance, the prefabricated slabs of the upper layer of the pavement made of composite material are laid on a freshly laid monolithic layer of cement concrete, the fastening of the prefabricated plates of the upper layer of the pavement from the composite material with the cementitious layer bearing the layer is carried out by means of embedding the anchor outlets from the lower surface of the prefabricated slabs of the upper layer of the road surface from the composite material by means of the cement-concrete layer being embedded in the body, the transverse docking joints between the prefabricated slabs of the upper layer of the road pavement made of composite material on high-speed road sections are made at acute angles to the direction of traffic in the range of 15 to 30 degrees.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention consists in increased durability of road surfaces in a sharply continental climate with an ever-increasing traffic intensity, while minimizing the impact of joints between adjacent road plates on the comfortableness of road transport.
