FIELD: polyethylene composition.

SUBSTANCE: method for processing a composition based on thermoplastic resins. This method includes mixing components and forming a profile product. The components are loaded into a two-section hot-cold mixer, after which they are thoroughly mixed with simultaneous heating to a temperature of 120-180°C without melting. The heated mixture of components is transferred to the cooling chamber and an external lubricant in the form of polyethylene wax is added. Then cool to a temperature of 80-50°C, and the mixture is sent to the hopper of the heated extruder. In the extruder, the composition is mixed in the melt when heated to a temperature of 150-200°C, after which a molded profile product is formed by extruding the melt of the composition through the forming head. The resulting product is cooled. The components are used in the following ratio, wt.%: polyethylene 20-10, polyamide-polyethylene PA/PE 10-20, compatibilizer 2-4, dispersant 1-2, external lubricant 1-2, processing additive 2-5, stabilizers 0.2-0.6, mineral filler 55-70.

EFFECT: simplification of the method for producing highly filled polyethylene compositions, a decrease in equipment wear and an increase in the operational properties of the finished product, namely, an increase in its strength and toughness.
