FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for the preparation of fibre-reinforced concrete mixtures in factory conditions. The method includes preliminary preparation of a dry fibre-reinforced concrete mixture containing a mineral binder and carbonate filler in a ratio of 1:3 by weight, and basalt fibre in an amount of 0.6-0.9% by weight of the weight of the dry mixture of Portland cement and carbonate filler. At the first stage, the fibre-reinforced concrete mixture is subjected to mechanical activation in an impact crusher with an impact loading speed of 40-50 m/s. At the second stage, the mechanically activated mixture is mixed in a paddle mixer with water to a water-cement ratio W/C=0.5, and products are moulded from the resulting concrete mixture.
EFFECT: uniform distribution of basalt fibres over the entire volume of the mixture, prevention of fibre clumping.
