FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: inoculum is prepared in two steps, the first - on a sterile agarinic culture medium containing 5-25 g agar-agar per litre of the base, and the second - on a sterile liquid culture medium containing a source of carbon and nitrogen in amounts of 10-35 and 7-15 g/l water, respectively, and mineral salts - potassium dihydrophosphate and magnesium sulphate. The liquid base used is a broth of wheat grains obtained by boiling them in water which contains a corn-steep extract. Culturing in the first step is carried out at 22-30°C until complete occlusion of the surface of the medium with mycelium, and at the second - at 24-30°C until maximum formation of pellet. The basidiomycete inoculum is characterised by that it is obtained using the method described above.
EFFECT: fast process of preparing inoculating mycelium without reducing its growing power and biological activity.
