FIELD: veterinary virology; molecular biology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used by specialists from research institutions, veterinary diagnostic laboratories involved in the study of infectious diseases and their pathogens. Set of synthetic oligonucleotide primers for the detection of geese parvovirus by polymerase chain reaction has been proposed. The primers are complementary to a highly conserved genome area encoding VP3 protein of the geese parvovirus.
EFFECT: makes it possible to increase the specificity of PCR and expand the range of primers used to detect different regions of the geese parvovirus genome.
