FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: induction fluid heater includes a three-phase transformer made with a ferromagnetic core, with a primary winding located on the rods and a secondary winding, which is a heat exchanger for the heated fluid. The secondary winding is made in the form of three tubular coils. The heater includes a fluid supply pipeline connected to the first and second coils through the first and second fluid supply pipes. The end of the fluid supply line is connected to the third coil. The end of the fluid outlet conduit is connected to the first or third coil, and the fluid outlet conduit itself is connected to the remaining two coils via the third and fourth fluid outlet pipes. The fluid supply conduit is preferably installed at the bottom of the induction heater, and the fluid outlet conduit is installed at the top of the induction heater.
EFFECT: simplifying the design of the heater, as well as increasing its efficiency.
