FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: thermoelectric device for removing heat from elements of radio electronic apparatus (REA), and can be used to provide the required temperature conditions of REA. The main and additional sections of the thermionic battery (TEB) with their heat-generating junctions are in thermal contact with the main and additional heat exchangers, whereas the main heat exchanger in the central part has a recess into which the REA heat-generating element is installed, also in the main heat exchanger in the horizontal direction, two groups of through cylindrical holes are made perpendicular to each other, each group being implemented in the corridor in order, the upper of which are located in height below the surface of the recess in which the REA element is located, at a distance of 2 mm from it, and on the sides of the main heat exchanger opposite each other, with the help of fasteners, two pairs of fan units are installed, powered from a source of electrical energy, so that they blow air through two groups of through cylindrical holes, respectively. In addition, the additional heat exchanger is filled with a substance with a melting point in the range of 35-55°C, and contacts with the heat-absorbing junctions of additional sections of the TEB and the REA fuel element, and the TEB device is equipped with a regulator and a temperature sensor.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of heat removal from the electronic equipment element by increasing the intensity of heat removal from the heat-generating junctions of the TEB sections through the main heat exchanger due to forced air heat removal.
