FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: thermoelectric device for removing heat from elements of electronic equipment (EE), and can be used to provide the required temperature conditions of EE. The main heat exchanger is in thermal contact with the main and additional sections of the thermoelectric battery (TEB), and there is forced air heat removal by making in the main heat exchanger in the horizontal direction through cylindrical holes arranged in a corridor order, the upper of which are located in height below the level of the surface of the recess in which the electronic equipment element is located, at a distance of 2 mm from it, whereas air is blown through the through cylindrical holes by installing on the sides of the main heat exchanger two fan units, opposite each other, operating from a source of electrical energy. In addition, an additional heat exchanger made in the form of a hollow all-metal container filled with a melting substance with a melting heat and a melting temperature in the range of 35-55°C is in contact with heat-absorbing junctions of the TEB sections and the heat-generating electronic equipment element, and a temperature sensor is installed on the heat-generating electronic equipment element, which is connected to the temperature controller, the output of which is electrically connected to the main and additional sections of the TEB.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of heat removal from the electronic equipment element by increasing the intensity of heat removal from the heat-generating junctions of the TEB sections.
