FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: thermoelectric device for removing heat from elements of radio electronic apparatus (REA), and can be used to provide the required temperature conditions of REA. Increasing the efficiency of heat removal from the electronic equipment element by increasing the intensity of heat removal from the heat-generating junctions of the sections of the thermoelectronic battery (TEB) is the technical result of the invention, which is achieved due to the fact that two groups are made in the main heat exchanger in contact with the TEB in the horizontal direction perpendicular to each other through cylindrical holes, and each group is implemented in a checkerboard pattern, the upper of which are located below the level of the surface of the recess in which the electronic equipment element is located, at a distance of 2 mm from it, while on the sides of the main heat exchanger opposite each other, by means of fasteners, two pairs of fan units powered by a source of electrical energy, so that they blow air through two groups of through cylindrical holes, respectively. The main and additional sections of the TEB with their heat-producing junctions are in thermal contact with the main heat exchanger, which is an all-metal structure filled with a working substance with a melting point in the range of 35-55°C. A temperature sensor connected to the main and additional sections of the TEB is installed in direct contact with the REA fuel element.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of heat removal from the electronic equipment element by increasing the intensity of heat removal from the heat-generating junctions of the sections of the thermoelectronic battery.
