SUBSTANCE: soil-cultivating roller is a hollow cylinder equipped with an axle (1) with ribs (2) evenly spaced around the circumference connecting vertical discs (3). Ribs (2) are made in the form of metal cables, on the outer side of which a spiral (4) made of a metal pipe is installed along the generatrix of a hollow cylinder, the ends of which are fixed on vertical disks (3). The distance between adjacent spiral turns (4) corresponds to the maximum size of the soil clod, specified by the agrotechnical requirements.
