SUBSTANCE: soil-cultivating roller is a hollow cylinder equipped with an axle (1) with ribs (2) evenly spaced around the circumference connecting vertical discs (3). In the middle between the vertical disks (3) an additional disk (4) is rigidly mounted on the axis. The ribs (2) are made in the form of metal cables, on the outer side of which along the generatrix of the hollow cylinder from the vertical disks (3) to the additional disk (4) there are spirals (5) made of a metal pipe with the opposite winding direction. The ends of the spirals (5) are fixed on an additional disk (4) and vertical disks (3). The distance between adjacent turns of the spiral (5) corresponds to the maximum size of the soil clod, specified by the agrotechnical requirements.

EFFECT: improved quality of soil rolling and braking of soil clods.
