FIELD: technological equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to a method for washing machine building parts using a moving ultrasonic field, and can be used as a device for washing machine parts and mechanisms in the manufacturing and repair process at machine building enterprises. The method of washing machine building parts using a moving ultrasonic field includes the impact of an ultrasonic transducer with a focusing radiating surface on the general cavitation background in the working volume of the ultrasonic bath. The load of the ultrasonic transducer is reset to the minimum possible level, but not more than 30%, upon subsequent signal to increase the power to the maximum value, the ultrasonic transducer reaches the nominal power level, ensuring active movement of the liquid medium.
EFFECT: effective cleaning of tightly connected contaminants with increased adhesion to the surface of the part, such as carbon deposits, slag, rust and scale.
