FIELD: various technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning mainly closed cavities and channels in machine building parts from process and operational contaminants using ultrasonic vibrations in water medium and can be used for cleaning of burners of individual combustion chambers with preliminary mixing of fuel. Installation for ultrasonic cleaning of burners of individual combustion chambers with fuel premixing, comprising a process bath made in the form of a cylinder, to which a branch pipe with a valve, a pump and piezoelectric transducers are attached, in which the linear dimensions of the rod concentrator are calculated so that the total length of the oscillating system is a multiple of the wavelength of ultrasonic vibrations, rod concentrator inner cavity depth is selected equal to 2/3 of its length, and the piezoelectric transducer is mechanically connected to the rod concentrator and the gas compressor burner to be cleaned, placed inside the process bath, wherein passive strap, piezoelectric transducers, rod concentrator and attached to it gas compressor burner to be cleaned form a single oscillating system with total length of nλ, where n=3, 4, 5… – coefficient showing the ratio of the length of the oscillating system to the wavelength of its ultrasonic vibrations; λ – wavelength of ultrasonic oscillations of oscillating system with frequency equal to frequency of voltage supplied from generator, wherein pump suction branch pipe is connected with fixing device of the inlet channel of burner to be cleaned. Delivery branch pipe is connected through a system of preliminary and fine filters to a supply tank with a system of heating elements and a temperature sensor, from which comes a branch pipe is connected to the process bath. Between the suction pipe of the pump and the fixing device of the inlet channel of the burner device to be cleaned, an ultrasonic flow meter of the cleaning liquid is installed, connected to the control system of the installation, which switches off when the required liquid flow rate is reached, its ultrasonic, hydraulic and electric heating systems.

EFFECT: improved quality and completeness of cleaning from contaminants of internal surfaces, as well as channels and holes of small diameter in gas discharge tubes of burners of gas compressor units.
