FIELD: cleaning of gas burners.

SUBSTANCE: cleaning of gas burners without defragmentation. Invention can be used in enterprises servicing heat generating equipment. When implementing the method, each gas burner is treated with a group of focusing ultrasonic emitters, first in the working container of an ultrasonic bath with an alkaline or neutral solution, then with an acid solution. The operation of the group of emitters is enabled by one ultrasonic generator, at an individual frequency of ultrasonic vibrations in the range from 18 to 25 kHz. Focusing emitters form a local ultrasonic field. Ultrasonic vibrations are transmitted to the body of the gas burner, and, under the influence of cavitation and acoustic currents, the outer and inner surfaces of the gas burner are cleaned. To remove contaminants separated from the wall of the gas burner after ultrasonic treatment, the inner surface is pumped with a washing solution using a pump. The washing solution is supplied from the spray holes of the gas burner through the gas duct to the collector, which ensures that the spray holes are cleaned with a clean washing solution and large fractions of contaminants are moved to the place of their removal in the collector area.

EFFECT: efficient cleaning of external and hard-to-reach internal surfaces of complex geometry of gas burners from deposits, soot and other operational contaminants.
