ADHESIVE ACRYLIC BASE Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC C09J4/02 C09J4/06 C09J133/08 C09J133/10 C09J11/06 C04B26/06 C09K3/10 C09D4/02 C09D4/06 C09D7/63 C09D133/08 C09D133/10

Abstract RU 2797121 C2

FIELD: acrylic polymers; acrylic monomers.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction using acrylic polymers and monomers, which are an adhesive acrylic base (additive) for creating composite materials of increased strength, and also performing the function of strong bonding of natural or artificial materials with a solid base and can be used for the production of marking materials and paints of increased wear resistance, repair materials for the repair of concrete, stone, reinforced concrete products, etc., polymer concrete, artificial stone, anti-corrosion materials, chemical anchors, protective primers. The adhesive acrylic base includes the main monomers: n-butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, triethylene glycol dimethacrylate and dimethyl para-toluidine. At the same time, it contains methyl methacrylate - from 5 to 15%, butyl methacrylate - from 20 to 30%, n-butyl acrylate - from 18 to 33.29%, 2-ethylhexyl acrylate - from 5 to 20.29%, methacrylic or acrylic acid - from 0.5 to 5%, triethylene glycol dimethacrylate or epoxyacrylate 1 to 10%, dibutyl phthalate 30 to 45.29%, dimethyl para-toluidine 0.2 to 4% and dry ingredients as methacrylic or acrylic copolymer - from 5 to 20.29%, benzene-1,4-diol - from 0.01 to 0.8%.

EFFECT: expansion of the functional and technological capabilities of the composition and provides high elasticity of the adhesive joint, as well as increased wear resistance and strength, the ability to polymerize the adhesive in a wide temperature range (from -25°C to +40°C).
