FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: rapidly solidifying two-component (meth)acrylic composition is characterized in that the first component A contains: a resin solution - a product of methacrylation of bis-GMA epoxydian resin in 2-ethylhexyl acrylate and 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate, polymerization accelerators - a solution of polyhydroxycarboxylic acid amides in a tertiary aromatic amine selected from N,N-dimethylaniline and N,N-dimethyl-p-toluidine, the filler is a mixture of pyrogenic silica with BC-050 sand, and the second component B contains the polymerization initiator benzoyl peroxide, dibutyl phthalate, pigments and fillers - pyrogenic silica, quartz sand, and mass ratio between components A and B is 7.3-7.4:1. The composition of the invention after filling the service opening in concrete or other base at a temperature of -10°C for several hours acquires high strength, which exceeds that of the base.
EFFECT: technical result is achieved by the fact that the composition contains a mixture of specially selected active methacrylic monomers, bis-GMA resin and a hardening accelerator containing tertiary amines N,N-dimethylaniline and N,N-dimethyl-p-toluidine, and amides of polyhydroxycarboxylic acids, in the optimal quantitative the ratio between them.
