In the high-speed operational amplifier in the circuit of the first buffer amplifier between the emitter and the base of the first input transistor, the first correction capacitor and the first correction resistor are connected in series, and the second correction capacitor and the second correction resistor are connected in series between the emitter and the base of the second input transistor; in addition, the second buffer amplifier circuit between the emitter and the base of the third input transistor includes the third correction capacitor and the third correction resistor connected in series, and the fourth correction capacitor and the fourth correction resistor connected in series between the emitter and the base of the fourth input transistor.
EFFECT: increasing the limit values of the maximum output voltage slew rate without deteriorating the energy parameters of the operational amplifier in static mode.
