To achieve the effect, a high-speed operational amplifier with differentiating transient correction circuits is proposed, in which, compared with the prototype, the emitter of the first (18) output transistor is connected to the emitter of the fourth (21) output transistor, the emitter of the second (19) output transistor is connected to the emitter of the third (20) output transistor, wherein the second (23) correction capacitor is connected between the bases of the first (18) and second (19) output transistors, and the third (24) correction capacitor is connected between the bases of the third (20) and fourth (21) output transistors.

EFFECT: increasing the limiting values of SR without degrading the energy parameters of the OS in static mode, as well as without using expensive microwave technological processes for its manufacture.
