SIMULATOR OF THE ROAD DESTRUCTION POINT Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC F41H3/00

Abstract RU 2797178 C1

FIELD: military.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to imitation of pockets of destruction of the roadway on roadways and runways caused by enemy missile and bomb strikes, and can be used in the areas where troops and airfields are located in order to protect roadbeds from the visual-optical, photographic and television reconnaissance of aerial space and ground based means. The simulator of the centre of destruction of the roadbed consists of a fabric with a printed image of a funnel and fragments of the destroyed pavement. The design of the simulator is represented by a frame (2) made of an elastic polymer material in the form of a ring containing two pairs of holes diametrically opposed to each other for installing roller wheels (3), with the possibility of their rotation around its axis, four holes (9) placed through 90°, for fastening hooks (10) of two rubber cords-clamps (4), and four rings (11) through 90°, for attaching at least three anchor devices to them, in the form of cords with karabiners at one end and sapper cats at the opposite, as well as a shell (7) on the front side in the form of a full-scale colour reproduction of a horizontal projection of a real funnel within its contour , and on the opposite side with separate fasteners rigidly fixed (13) along its circumference in the form of a contact tape.

EFFECT: increased misinformation of enemy reconnaissance in relation to the destruction of the actual roadway and the need for enemy reconnaissance to spend additional time on image recognition.
