FIELD: medical chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: method for producing a hemosorbent, including application by immobilization at a temperature of 50°C of lithium citrate and an aqueous emulsion of polydimethylsiloxane to aluminum oxide with a meso-, macroporous structure previously washed with hot water from dust particles under mixing conditions, followed by drying and heat treatment, where the dedusting of aluminum oxide is ensured by washing with water at a temperature of 50-85°C stirring using 6-20 volumes of water per volume of sorbent.

EFFECT: improving the quality of the resulting sorbent for the purpose of hemosorption by removing dust and maintaining the performance of texture parameters, sorption activity and release of lithium from the surface of the sorbent.
