FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and relates to method for determining functional fibrinogen comprising the examination of a whole blood sample by thromboelastography. Heparinized blood and batroksobin are introduced into a cuvette for thromboelastography, followed by thromboelastography, determining the maximum amplitude parameter (MABatrox) on a thromboelastogram, and the concentration of functional fibrinogen (FFBatrox) is calculated by the formula: FFBatrox = 0.1153 × MABatrox + 0.5903, where FFBatrox – concentration of functional fibrinogen (g/l), MABatrox – maximum amplitude on thromboelastogram with heparinized blood and batroksobin (mm), 0.1153 and 0.5903 – conversion factors.
EFFECT: invention provides increase in accuracy of determining the concentration of functional fibrinogen at the maximum amplitude of thromboelastogram of heparinized blood, in which the formation of a fibrin clot is induced by the addition of batroxobin.
