SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound of formula (I) and its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, which have modulating activity against the cannabinoid CB2 receptor. In this formula, R1 is C1-6 alkoxyazetidinyl, dihalogenazetidinyl or pyrrolidinyl; R2 and R3 are independently selected from hydrogen and C1-4 alkyl; A1 represents -CH-; A2 represents -CH2 - or carbonyl; X represents a fluorine atom; n is 1–3; and m is 0.
EFFECT: invention also relates to specific compounds of formula (I), a method for preparing a compound of formula (I) and a pharmaceutical composition that modulates the activity of the cannabinoid CB2 receptor and contains an effective amount of a compound of formula (I).
