FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: creation of stands designed for heat-strength static and life tests of elements and assemblies of aircraft, in particular tests of aircraft glazing in laboratory conditions. The stand contains a chamber, a heater, a cooler, an automatic system for loading, heating and cooling. It also contains a vacuum chamber in which a device for creating excess pressure for the windows is located. The device is fixed with brackets on the movable cover of the vacuum chamber and is located in a heat-insulated compartment of the vacuum chamber that passes the supplied coolant in the form of a polyhedral parallelepiped, the walls of which are made of silica cloth and thermal insulation, and a heater and a cooler are located along the perimeter, and the loading system is connected to a device for creating excess pressure for windows. The device consists of a body, flanges, fasteners. In this case, the body walls are made with a curvature corresponding to the curvature of the tested windows with sealing mating flanges, which together with the windows form a sealed cavity to create excess pressure.
EFFECT: exact reproduction of the load in the full-scale embedment of the window, which makes it possible to carry out heat-strength static and life tests with a different set of boundary conditions.
