SUBSTANCE: method is intended for surgical treatment of lower subluxation of the head of the humeral head. Anatomical landmarks are indicated and anterior transdeltoid access to the head of the humerus and the lateral part of the acromial process of the scapula is performed. In the head of the humerus at the level of the transition of the large tubercle to the neck of the humerus, using a drill with a diameter of 2–3 mm, two converging holes are made at a distance of 2–3 cm in one horizontal plane, then with the help of these holes a bone tunnel is formed in the humerus. In the acromial process of the scapula, using a drill with a diameter of 2–3 mm, one through hole is made at a distance of 1–1.5 cm posteriorly and medially from the anterior angle of the acromial process of the scapula. With the help of a conductor thread, the Mylar tape is passed through the bone tunnel in the head of the humerus and through the hole formed in the acromial process of the scapula, forming a “triangular” ligamentous structure. The ends of the lavsan tape are tied in the position of the eliminated subluxation of the head of the humerus, thereby centering and fixing the position of the head of the shoulder relative to the articular process of the scapula.

EFFECT: method provides reduction of blood loss and traumatization of soft tissues, acceleration of the rehabilitation period and improvement of patient treatment results due to reliable fixation of the humeral head.
