FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Surgical access is performed by T-shaped cut of skin in projection of middle-external part of scapula spine. Sampling of autotransplant from scapula spine with fastened to it deltoid muscle is carried out. After that, infraspinatus muscle, back part of shoulder joint capsule and back edge of articular process of the scapula are exposed. Bone defect is freed from scar tissue. Autotransplant is brought to zone of bone defect of back articular process and fixed.
EFFECT: method ensures prevention of posterior shoulder dislocation recurrence, reduction of trauma of performed surgical operation, reduction of rehabilitation period terms.
