SUBSTANCE: invention concerns the safety and accuracy of stowing operations. It is achieved by the fact that the claimed system provides a local control subsystem deployed on an industrial site, a data integration control subsystem deployed in the cloud; moreover, it is possible to use the on-site control subsystem to control the stowing process on site in accordance with the stowing pulp control parameters, while the on-site control subsystem includes an empty area scanning module to perform a three-dimensional scan of the filled empty area in the well, create a data model for filling the developed mine spaces, an accurate preparation module for preparing and managing stowing pulp, a pipeline monitoring module for monitoring the condition of the pipeline during stowing pulp preparation; intensity control module to control the intensity of stowing operations in real time; wherein the data integration management subsystem includes a data management module and a module for selecting optimal parameters.
