SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a chemical compound with antihypoxic activity, which can be used in pharmacology, pathophysiology, various fields of medicine, including medicine of extreme conditions. A complex compound of nickel and 4-hydroxycoumarin-bis(4-coumarinolate)nickel(II) trihemihydrate of the formula is proposed as an antihypoxic agent. The technical result of the invention is the expansion of the spectrum of effective substances with fast-acting antihypoxic action by synthesizing metal complex compounds based on biometals and known organic ligands.

EFFECT: use of the substance provides an increase in the resistance of small rodents (mouse) to conditions of acute hypoxia.
