FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in electromechanical devices with translational movement of the working body. The electromagnetic reciprocating motion motor contains a magnetic circuit with poles between which a traction coil is placed, a movable multi-section armature and a device for armature return. The anchor is made of sections in the form of round disks with coaxial blind holes formed from the side of their working surfaces. The armature return device contains springs installed in blind holes and located on the same axis between the armature composite sections and the lower pole. The armature sections are equidistant from each other and form equal air gaps between their working surfaces and the surface of the lower pole, the total length of which is the maximum stroke of the armature.
EFFECT: increase in the initial traction force due to an increase in the concentration of the magnetic flux closing through the air gaps formed by the working surfaces of the armature sections.
