FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in intensive care of patients with severe forms of pancreatitis, accompanied by pancreatic necrosis with severe signs of endotoxicosis. Autoblood is separated by centrifugation into erythrocytes and plasma, plasma is separated and removed. Erythrocytes are mixed with 1% albumin solution in a ratio of 1:1÷1.5 and incubated for 20–30 min under mechanical agitation in an apparatus with a rocking platform. Then the erythrocyte suspension is again centrifuged at 2,000 rpm for 10 min, the supernatant is removed. Washed erythrocytes are diluted with saline in a ratio of 1:1 and administered to the patient.
EFFECT: invention provides effective detoxification and antioxidant effect, improvement of hemorheological properties of erythrocytes.
