FIELD: chemicals.
SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to methods for producing high-purity hydrated nickel sulphate. NiSO4⋅6H2O crystals are recovered from the nickel-enriched organic phase. Nickel is extracted with a solvent to form a nickel-rich organic phase, then it is brought into contact with an aqueous separating solution with a concentration of H2SO4 sufficient to extract nickel from the organic phase, and with a concentration of Ni2+ sufficient to precipitate NiSO4⋅6H2O crystals and form a nickel-depleted organic phase. A method is also proposed for obtaining nickel sulphate, including previous stages of processing, such as low-temperature oxidation under pressure in an autoclave of nickel sulphide concentrate
EFFECT: obtaining a productive leaching solution, extraction of cobalt from a productive leaching solution.
