SUBSTANCE: absorbent article includes a topsheet and an absorbent member. The top sheet is located on the side facing the wearer's skin. The absorbent element is located on the side of the top sheet that is not facing the skin. The topsheet includes a nonwoven fabric layer having a structure in which a plurality of protrusions protruding toward the wearer's skin side are located separately from each other. The layer of non-woven material comprises a skin care agent. The protrusion includes a top part and a side part, wherein the top part has a larger contact angle with the saline solution than the side part, wherein the contact angle of the top part after passing the liquid is larger than the contact angle of the top part before passing the liquid, the contact angle of the side part after the liquid transmission is less than the contact angle of the side part before the liquid transmission.
