FIELD: alcoholic beverage; food industry; production of balms.

SUBSTANCE: composition for obtaining a balm is proposed, which contains the following ingredients, for 1,000 decalitres of the finished product — an aromatic part in the form of an extract from plant materials 1,000 l, sugar syrup 1,230 l, colorant 150 g, honey 20 g, alcohol 96% 4,100 l, water 3,500 l wherein the vegetable raw material for the extraction of the aromatic part contains crushed hawthorn fruits, rose hips, rhizomes and roots of high elecampane, licorice roots, membranous astragalus roots, shoots of Kuril shrub tea, rhizomes of badan thick-leaved, ginger rhizomes, coriander seeds, black currant fruits, grass Serpuhi cornflower blue, taken in the ratio of wt.% — 15.0:15.0:10.0:5.0:5.0:10.0:10.0:5.0:5.0:10.0:10.0, and the degree of grinding is 1–3 mm for grass and shoots, 1–3 mm for rhizomes and roots, 0.5–1 mm for fruits, or contains crushed grass of leuzea single-flowered, prickly mountain grass, rhizomes with roots of valerian officinalis, fruits of berry apple tree, fruits of cardamom, rose hips, grass kopeck, taken in the ratio of wt.% — 15.0:10.0:5.0:20.0:20.0:25.0:5.0, and the degree of grinding is 1–3 mm for grass, rhizomes and roots 1–3 mm, fruits 0.5–1 mm, or contains crushed grass Leuzea single-flowered, roots and rhizomes of Rhodiola rosea, rhizomes of badan thick-leaved, flowers of medicinal marigolds, leaves of stinging nettle, rosehips, hawthorn fruits, peppermint leaves, coriander seeds, thyme herbs, fruits of black currant, fruits of cranberries, fruits of apple berry, taken in the ratio in wt.% — 3.6:5.4:2.8:2.0:9.0:14.3:14.3:9.0:2.5:9.0:6.1:14.0: 8.0, and the degree of grinding is 1-3 mm for grass and leaves, 1–3 mm for rhizomes and roots, 0.5–1 mm for fruits, while the aromatic part is obtained by extraction for 24 hours, at a ratio of vegetable raw materials and extractant in the form of a 40% water-alcohol solution — 1:10 and a temperature of 18–20°C.

EFFECT: invention provides balms that have an excellent consumer taste due to a combination of biologically active substances, which also determine the tonic properties of their aromatic parts, contribute to the formation of characteristic organoleptic indicators of balms.
