FIELD: cranes.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a drive mechanism, a movement mechanism, a four-link lever mechanism, a connecting mechanism, an engagement track plate and transition track plates. The drive mechanism comprises drive motors, meshing gears, a carrier rod, and a carrier plate. The movement mechanism contains running wheels, pressing wheels, a body and telescopic racks. The four-link linkage includes a first rocker, a linkage, a second rocker, and a cylinder. The connecting mechanism contains fixing plates, connecting plate and connecting bolts. When the monorail crane moves to the front of the slope, the cylinder advances the four-link linkage to send the meshing gears to the transition track, the cylinder adjusts the four-link linkage to dead centre, and the telescopic struts are locked. After the monorail crane enters the slope, the meshing gears interact with the engagement track plate installed on the slope to provide an auxiliary drive for lifting the monorail crane.
EFFECT: stable and safe operation of the auxiliary drive unit with telescopic struts and dead-point characteristics of the four-link linkage.
