FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns manufacture of aerodynamic controls for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), as well as other elements of aircraft with increased requirements for radar visibility. For the manufacture of aerodynamic controls, fabric materials are cut in such a way that, when folded, they form the contour of a future part and have holes on the axis of symmetry. Pre-cleaned and degreased reinforcement is placed on the working surface in such a way that the smaller part protrudes above the surface, and the larger part is immersed in it. Cut materials are put on the protruding part of the reinforcement through holes on the axis of symmetry. The workpieces are fixed, impregnated with an epoxy-based binder modified with a radio-absorbing dispersed filler, and after rolling, they are folded in half along the symmetry axis towards the greater part of the reinforcement. The tooling is degreased and coated with an anti-adhesive, placed in a polymerization matrix.

EFFECT: reduced labour intensity of contact moulding, increased radio-absorbing, physical and mechanical properties of parts made of composite material.
