SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to treat allergic rhinitis in children aged 6–11 years. The method includes administering to the subject a pharmaceutical composition for nasal administration twice a day in the form of a single injection in each nostril. The pharmaceutical composition contains 0.025% wt./wt. mometasone furoate, 0.665% w/w olopatadine hydrochloride and hydrocolloid at a concentration of 0.1% wt./wt. up to 3% w/w and provides onset of action within 15 minutes. Each injection of the pharmaceutical composition contains 25 μg of mometasone furoate in the form of particles and 665 μg of olopatadine hydrochloride.

EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to achieve a rapid onset of action in terms of alleviating the symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis due to the combined action.
