SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition of levocabastine or a salt thereof and fluticasone furoate for the treatment of an inflammatory and/or allergic condition, especially rhinitis; to a device adapted for intranasal delivery of a pharmaceutical formulation; to a method for the treatment of allergic rhinitis; the use of a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of patients with an inflammatory and/or allergic condition, as well as to a method for treatment of a person with an inflammatory and/or allergic condition.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain a composition of levocabastine and fluticasone furoate with increased efficacy in the treatment of allergic rhinitis as compared to individual components.
