FIELD: unit for electromechanical processing.
SUBSTANCE: installation contains a power step-down transformer with regulation and control equipment located on the support of a lathe, operating tools in form of rollers, the current to which is supplied directly from the secondary winding of the transformer. A power step-down transformer is placed in a housing, the base of which is fixed on a movable carriage. The carriage is connected to the adapter by two guides located on the sides of the carriage adapted for horizontal movement of the carriage perpendicular to the workpiece. The adapter is equipped with two pneumatic shock absorbers of equal rigidity and is rigidly fixed on the lathe support. Operating tools are connected directly to the terminals of the secondary winding of the power step-down transformer
EFFECT: stable contact of operating tools with the workpiece surface.
