FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: installation contains step-down power transformer, circuit of primary winding of which is connected to ac network via voltage controller, and circuit of transformer secondary winding is electrically connected to lathe draw-in gear, in which processed part is fixed with the possibility of rotation, and rollers that are installed into spring holders, which are fixed in tool carrier of lathe support via electric insulator, at that rollers are pressed to processed part and arranged with the possibility of forward displacement along it. Installation is equipped with at least two rollers, which are electrically connected with pulse distributor connected into circuit of transformer secondary winding, which provides alternating application of positive or negative current pulse to rollers and controls duration of pulses depending on mode of part processing. In circuit of transformer primary winding serially with voltage controller frequency converter is installed for setting of required period of supplying voltage and provision of optimal mode of rollers heating.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase service life of installation rollers.
